One of our clients
was spending around £2000 per month on Google
Adwords. This was more than covering costs but was still
a large investment in customer acquisition. After hearing
our CEO Guy Levine speaking at a conference, our client
asked us if there was anything we could do to help.
Firstly we undertook some research to see what results
were coming from the current spend. We could see that
although the campaign looked like it was performing,
80% of the business was coming from 20% of the campaign.
We were able to strip this out, so instantly it became
more profitable. We were then able to start quantifying
and testing all the aspects of the campaign to see how
the past results could be improved. We then gave our
client some training so that they could interpret the
results and manage their own campaign.
The results were astounding. The result was a 50% reduction
in spend for a greater amount of business. The clients
new skills allowed them to create new online marketing
campaigns when they needed to, without having to go
through us, there fore being speedy and cost effective.
